The double room we stayed in was very clean, had two comfortable beds, and the location was wonderful, within walking distance of a beautiful 17th-century fountain.

No complaints, liked our stay. The hotel was located right by the Trevi Fountain, the all monuments, metro station, bus stop, and most locations. There was an amazingly comfortable room with very comfy 2 beds. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were a plus.

Our stay at the guest house was fantastic. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and public transportation. The room was always spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm weather, and the shower was amazing. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The only minor issue we had was the lack of bedside storage and limited space in the room for sitting with a laptop and storing toiletries. However, these were small inconveniences that did not greatly affect our overall experience. we had a wonderful time and would definitely return in the future.

The hotel provided a chilled-out base for exploring Rome. the magnificent residential location of the hotel was a plus. - Lunch at Ai Villini just a few meters away from the property had every choice imaginable.

The room itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed and pillow were so comfortable, it felt just like home. The air conditioning was also a huge plus, providing a cool and relaxing escape from the heat.
